Benjamin Zachariah is Senior Research Fellow at Forschungszentrum Europa, University of Trier, Germany. He received his doctorate in history from the University of Cambridge in 1999, and has held faculty positions in Germany, Britain and India. He is the author of multiple monographs and scholarly articles on the history of modern South Asia, fascism, identity politics, and transnational intellectual networks.
